Find Feldman™ is a silly seek-and-find game for the whole family. It isn't in the stores yet, so some of these answers are for when it is.

Common questions
How do I play?
Each level is one huge picture and a list of things to find. Feldman is on the list. Tap or click something when you spot it. Drag to look around, and pinch or scroll to zoom in.
How do hints and clues work?
Press Hint and pick what you want a clue for: Feldman, or anything else left on your list. The clue is written on the screen and read out loud. It tells you about where to look. Nothing lights up on the picture.
Ask about the same thing again and the clue says more. Easier games give better clues.
You get 3 hints per level. To change that to Unlimited, open Settings and go to Hints. A clue about Feldman before you find him means 2 stars at most for that level.
How do I change the clue voice?
Open Settings, go to Clue voice, and pick Female or Male. To turn the voice off, switch off Spoken clues. The clues will still be written on the screen.
Where is my progress saved?
On the device you play on, and nowhere else. There are no accounts, so your progress can't move to another device. If you delete the game, your progress goes with it.
How do I restore a purchase?
Your purchase stays with the store account you bought it from. On a new or reset device, sign in to that same account, open the store (App Store or Steam), and download Find Feldman again. Your saved progress won't come with it, because it's only on the old device.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought the game from. We can't issue them ourselves, so please ask that store using its own refund steps.
Something isn't working.
Close the game all the way and open it again. If the trouble keeps happening, email support@findfeldman.com and tell us your device and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.
