Effective November 1, 2026
These terms cover the Find Feldman™ game and this website. By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play the game or use the site.
The game and site are from What It Is, What It Do? LLC ("we" and "us").
Your license to play
The game is licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the game and play it for your own non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, within the rules of the store you got it from.
Please don't copy, sell, rent, share or change the game, and please don't take it apart to get at its code or art, except where the law says you may.
Purchases and refunds
You buy the game from a store, such as the App Store or Steam. That store takes your payment, and its rules cover your purchase, including refunds. Please go to the store you bought from for a refund. We can't issue one ourselves.
Who owns what
The game and this website, including the pictures, characters, music, voices, words and code, are owned by What It Is, What It Do? LLC or licensed to it. Find Feldman™ is a trademark of What It Is, What It Do? LLC. These terms don't give you any right to use them except to play the game and use the site.
No warranty
The game and site are provided "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, stated or implied, including that they will work without errors, will always be available, or will suit a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost progress or data, that come from using the game or site. Our total liability for any claim won't be more than the amount you paid for the game.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here takes away rights that the law says can't be taken away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep playing the game or using the site after that, the new terms apply.
